Argilo-calcareous soil, very stony, located at the foot of the renowned Cucugnan village in the Hautes- Corbières at the border between the departments of the Aude and the Pyrénées- Orientales.

80% Grenache Noir / 20% Carignan
Density of plantation : 3 500 to 4 000 stocks /ha


Harvesting by hand, grapes collected at optimal maturity and sorted out on table. Traditional vinification with complete destemming.
Maceration for 30 days.
Ageing in concrete tank for 1 year


Intense ruby red robe.
The nose associates flavours of blackcurrant, black pepper and lemon thyme.
Full and generous on the palate, gives a very beautiful silky texture.

Temperature of serving :  18°
Accompanies ideally a barbecue or grilled steak To be consumed within 4 years.
