Vinification
Harvesting by hand, grapes collected at optimal maturity and sorted out on table. Traditional vinification with complete destemming.

Degustation
Intense ruby red robe, flavours of red fruit, blackberries and liquorice. Very beautiful lenght on the palace. Smooth and silky tannins.
